What we hold, and what we refuse to.
A talent business lives on trust with people's names and careers. This policy is written to be read, not survived. Last updated 5 August 2026.
The short version
- Your profile is yours. We share it with an employer only with your consent, for a named role, one time.
- We never publish a ranking or an open directory of practitioners.
- We never sell your data, and we take no money from practitioners, so we have nothing to gain from passing you around.
- You can ask us to delete everything we hold, and we will, without argument.
What we collect, and why
- Practitioners: your name, contact, experience, and what you are looking for, held privately to match you to roles you consent to.
- Employers: your organisation, contact, and the brief, used to reply and to do the work.
- Competence evidence: drawn from our own competence framework, only with your explicit consent, and used only for the role in question.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
- Share a practitioner's profile with an employer without that person's per-role consent.
- Publish a leaderboard, a ranking, or an open profile directory.
Your rights
